For starters...
- No big-ass wanna-be metropolis (Atlanta) an hour away filled with ignorant folk
- Student population not consisting primarily of progeny from ignorant folk that live in a metropolis only an hour away
- Only four (4) hours from New York City
- I hear there is a college town which keeps the students annexed from downtown
- The lakes!
- Home of Carl Sagan, Rod Serling and many others.
